Book Group

Hello Everyone,

At last week’s meeting we had an interesting discussion of The Annotated U.S. Constitution and Declaration of Independence, by Jack Rakove. Thank you to all of you who were there, for your contribution to the discussion. I came away with an updated and more complete understanding of the Constitution.

For June we will be reading The Death and Life of the Great American School System, by Diane Ravitch. This book has gotten a lot of press and I’m looking forward to reading it. We will meet on Tuesday night, June 8, 6:30 PM in the food court at Colony Mill Marketplace.

I hope you can join us.

Have you read a good book lately that you think the Book Group might enjoy? Let me know at lindacates@mindspring.com.
